ARKOD takes care of the whole management of your IT estate so that you can stay focused on your core business while optimising your information system. Managed IT covers checking that your company's various IT equipment (PCs, phones, servers, routers, firewalls, etc.) is working, as well as your software, antivirus protection and network performance. To be as proactive as possible, we monitor your servers remotely to prevent malfunctions and saturation. This way we keep potential interruptions to a minimum. Whatever your IT system, we know how important it is to be able to restore your data when something goes wrong. For maximum safety, we apply a rigorous backup method based on at least 3 copies of your data, including one copy outside your premises to guard against incidents affecting the company's internal network.
